BPLA 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting

Given the current state of the coronavirus pandemic, the BPLA Board has decided that the BPLA 2020 Annual Meeting will be conducted virtually via email.  We considered doing a video or audio call, but decided that it would be more of an inconvenience for members than simply replying via email.

There are three pieces of business that BPLA bylaws require members to complete at the annual meeting:

  1. Review and approve the previous year’s Annual Meeting Minutes
  2. Review and approve the Treasurer’s Annual Financial Report
  3. Elect candidates to the BPLA Board of Directors

Materials related to the above items will be emailed to all BPLA members on August 22, 2020.  Members will then have seven days to vote on each of the above items.  Results will be shared the afternoon of Saturday, August 29, 2020.

The BPLA Board encourages all members to participate in this virtual process.  Hopefully, we will be able to resume in-person meetings and events in 2021, but in the meantime, we thank you for your online participation!
